It's not an addon, it's a keybind. There's a keybind, but you can't macro it. People are recommending /target 'NPC' but this isn't ideal on a controller. ConsolePort made it possible to target NPCs, friendly or not. I'm wondering how they accomplished this. The loot a rang has a 10 second cooldown, and will only loot one corpse at a time, as opposed to all in a general area.
